I have seen many different chiropractors over the past 40 years, I had back surgery in 1989 and have had problems off and on over the years. Dr. Nor Jobarah has done what no other chiropractor I’ve seen has done. She reduced my lower back pain immensely after just one visit! I have been back to get adjustments over the past few weeks and my pain has just disappeared. There is no twisting or cracking like others have done, she is very gentle.

My daughter referred me to Dr. Nor because she thought I was out of alignment. After my first adjustment, I noticed a huge difference in my posture and stress level. Dr Nor is definitely not your typical chiropractor. She is a fantastic practitioner who has saved me a lot of time and pain and gotten me back on the slopes and back in the gym. She goes above and beyond your typical chiropractor who simply adjusts you.

Dr Nor is a godsend! I was in constant pain and in tears at my last chiropractor who only seemed to put a bandaid on the situation with the normal chiropractic work. I was referred to Dr. Nor from a friend and she made me pain free in 2 weeks! Her work is unlike any other chiropractor I’ve been too and she gets to the root cause and fixes it! I originally came to see Dr Nor because I had been experiencing extreme shoulder pain that no one else could help me resolve. Little did I know there were several parts of my body that were out of alignment. Dr Nor has helped me get back into alignment and I'm feeling so much better. I’ve been seeing a two different Chiropractors before meeting Dr. Nor. Those previous experiences were not consistent. I would feel good for a week or two, then my lower back pain & immobility would begin again to where I would drop to my knees due to my back pain & spasms. Since seeing Dr. Nor, she has changed this. In November I was experiencing afternoon dizziness followed by nausea and migraines each day, but would wake up each day okay until mid day. After I ruled out covid/flu and sinus issues over a few days, I remember a couple of friends mentioning inner ear and upper spine issues causing dizziness. I knew I wanted to see a chiropractic specialist and remembered Nor from the gym.  I messaged her on a weekend and saw her Monday afternoon.  She gave me x-rays and the next day I came in to find out my atlas bone was mis-aligned.  Per usual, I do my own research and had plenty of questions and Nor did an excellent job of answering them all I could tell she was confident that she could get be back to normal.  Fast forward to the end of December and I am back to normal!  I couldn't imagine trying to tackle the holidays and the travel with the nausea I was experiencing a few week earlier.  Thank you Nor!

TL;DR Dr. Nor is changing my life!

I suffer from chronic migraines. I have identified my triggers and eliminated those, but the migraines didn’t stop. I’ve tried therapy, acupuncture, massage, cutting out caffeine and alcohol, and Botox for migraines from my neurologist. But I knew there was still some thing more physical going on. 

My first appointment with Dr. Nor (just last month!) started with the usual intake, but she went above and beyond. It felt like she truly cared. 

I felt a difference within days of my first adjustment. I’ve been seeing her for only about a month now, and my life has completely changed. I no longer wake up multiple times a week with a migraine. My neck and shoulder muscles are not constantly strained or tight. The adjustment is so quick, easy, and painless and I cannot believe that this has been the answer I needed.

Dr. Nor helped me get rid of horrible chronic nerve pain! I have been playing drums for over 20 years and unfortunately had some really nasty nerve damage in my left arm because of all that wear and tear on my body. I had crazy shocking pains up my arm into my left cheek and was in chronic pain 24/7. I thought this was going to be my life forever and got used to the pain, but after seeing Dr. Nor it all changed. She explained to me what the atlas bone does and how it affects our entire nervous system, took x-rays of my neck and showed me how messed up my atlas really was, and then did a super simple adjustment that I honestly didn't feel. A few days after this.... MY PAIN WAS GONE. It used to feel like there was constantly something stuck in my left arm and there was a dull pain. Since getting adjusted with Dr. Nor, I don't have chronic pain anymore and I can actually think about starting to play drums again without being in massive pain. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to see Dr. Nor. Beyond her expertise in her field, she is a wonderful and welcoming individual who makes you feel at ease through the whole process.

Dr. Nor helped me out tremendously with my post concussion syndrome. I went to multiple doctors that couldn’t help me with my dizziness and balance issues along with some vision issues. After one adjustment I already noticed a difference and almost all of my post concussion syndromes have gone away. Dr. Nor is great at what she does.

As a patient of 3 months with Dr. Nor, I have noticed significant improvement regarding my overall health including better sleep. I have been going to "traditional" chiropractors for years, and Dr. Nor and the team at Performance Chiropractic are the BEST! This practice takes the time to figure the best course of action for you, and Dr. Nor makes it happen.

Vertigo prompted my initial visit with Dr. Nor at Performance Chiropractic. It had been occurring in my life for the last 12 years. Dr. Nor helped connect the dots to a traumatic emotional event that happened just prior to the first episode of vertigo. In all of my healing practices, I neglected to include my nervous system. Now, after working with Dr. Nor, the vertigo has stopped. Other unexpected, positive changes have also resulted from the therapy.

For the last 7 years or so I've been suffering pain in my lower back/glutes/hip area after a squatting incident. Dr. Nor was able to get me realigned and help me maintain while significantly reducing the pain in the said areas. My workouts are better. My sleep has improved as well. I'd recommend to anybody looking for chiropractic support!

Dr. Nor is excellent, she has done unbelievable work resolving my lifelong trouble with headaches. She is very professional, and nice to talk to as well. I would highly recommend her to anyone suffering from headaches, muscle tension, back pain, or anything of the sort.

Dr. Nor helped my husband and I work through a lot of issues with our neck and back pain. Dr. Nor is amazing. I have been to several other chiropractors in the past, but have never felt as pain free for so long. Her technique and touch are gentle while providing pain relief. Do not hesitate to see Dr. Nor if you are looking for back pain relief.

Dr. Nor is very friendly and pleasant. She knows her anatomy and how to treat out-of-alignment atlas/axis vertebrae. She is gentle and very skilled. I am glad I found her.

I have had severe problems with my neck for many years, having been rear ended multiple times over the past thirty years. I have seen many competent chiropractors but none of them ever explained the role your atlas plays in the health of your neck. Mine was clearly off and had been for so long that it took some time for her to help me. Patience on her part as well as mine paid off. I went from taking sumatriptan every other day to about once a week.I would recommend upper cervical care for anyone with chronic headaches. If only I had had this type of care at the beginning I wouldn't have wasted so much time suffering. Dr. Nor is also extremely professional and caring. A perfect combination.

Never thought I would be able to get rid of these migraines and neck pain I’ve had for years due to a car accident. Dr. Nor was a miracle and literally changed my life with her upper cervical care.

I had a great experience with Dr. Nor! I was having pain at the base of my head that turned into a headache and I had anxiety about getting a neck adjustment, but I heard Dr. Nor uses a really gentle technique so I tried it. The pain and tightness started to go away soon after the adjustments and my headaches are less frequent too. Would recommend if you’re normally scared of getting neck adjustments!

Dr. Nor is an amazing chiropractor. She takes the time to get to know each one of her patients and build a genuine relationship. She cares tremendously about each one of us and goes above and beyond her role as a doctor. I am beyond grateful to have been under her care.
